 Qui sommes nous ?

« Ophélie Barbon, nice to meet you ».
I moved to Tours about 10 years ago. I found that place fascinating and then, I spent my free-time visiting and tasting the treasures that were offered to me. Still now, after all that time I keep being amazed by the wonders that hold that place !

After 3 years of studying management and administration in catering and hostelry at the Vatel Intitute (www.vatel.fr), I first worked in a French Restaurant group as organizing banquets, seminars and private parties.

Passionate, I wanted to know more about the profession and it's in independant hostelry that I blossomed out : it's in a rigorous and very seriously way that I realized meetings of work committee councils, associations, seminars, cocktails, banquets, varnishing-day ... and of course weddings, baptism and all private parties.

Thanks to my enthusiasm and to my professionalism, I was soon promoted as the head of the reception department.

Today, I create Touraine Event', a wedding planner agency specialized in the making of a perfectly fitted ceremony in the Loire Valley.

Passionate and creative, I bring my experience and « savoir-faire » to the would-be spouses and to families proposing advice or complete organization A to Z in the Loire Valley and giving priority to personal services in an atmosphere of absolute trust and professionalism. The success is based on willingness to listen, accessibility and attention to the tiniest detail.

There will be no surprise, the event will be as you have dreamed it.
